The Omada SG3218XP‑M2 is a multi‑gigabit 16‑port L2+ managed PoE+ switch designed for high‑density access networks and next‑generation wireless deployments. It provides 16 × 2.5 Gbps RJ45 ports alongside 2 × 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks, delivering high‑speed aggregation and scalable network expansion. Eight ports support 802.3af/at PoE+ with a total power budget of 240 W, enabling efficient delivery of power and data to Wi‑Fi 6, Wi‑Fi 6E and Wi‑Fi 7 access points, IP cameras and other PoE‑enabled devices over a single cable. The switch offers a comprehensive Layer 2+ feature set, including static routing, VLANs, enterprise‑grade QoS, IGMP snooping and advanced security features such as ACLs, DHCP snooping, IP–MAC–Port binding and 802.1X authentication to ensure secure and efficient traffic management. Fully integrated with Omada SDN, the SG3218XP‑M2 supports centralised cloud management via the Omada Controller, web interface or mobile app, while also offering standalone management through web GUI, CLI, SNMP and RMON for flexible deployment scenarios.
