The Nice L-FabKit 1 is a professional-grade 230V underground swing gate automation kit designed for residential and light commercial applications where discreet installation and reliable performance are required. Suitable for gates with leaves up to 4m wide and 650kg in weight, the L-Fab system is installed below ground level, preserving the appearance of the gate whilst delivering powerful automation.

Built around the robust BM4000 underground motors, the L-FabKit 1 features galvanised foundation boxes with integrated mechanical opening stops, an IP67-rated drive system and flexible manual release options from either inside or outside the property. The result is a durable, virtually invisible gate automation system designed for long-term reliability in all weather conditions.
