The TP-Link VIGI NVR2008H-8MP is an 8 channel PoE+ network video recorder built for dependable, high quality surveillance across a range of environments. It supports up to eight connected IP cameras and can handle video resolutions as high as 8MP, providing sharp and detailed monitoring for business security needs.
With eight PoE+ ports and a total 90 W power budget, the system can supply power directly to compatible cameras, simplifying installation and reducing cabling requirements. The recorder offers 4K HDMI output, 8 channel synchronous playback and uses H.265+ compression to help maximise storage efficiency without sacrificing clarity. It also supports two SATA drives, allowing up to 16 TB of storage per drive for extended video retention.
Setup and management are designed to be straightforward. One click system initialisation speeds up deployment, while cameras can be added quickly through the VIGI app, a web browser or the VIGI Security Manager software. With broad protocol support and compatibility with a wide range of camera models, the NVR2008H-8MP offers flexibility for both new and existing surveillance installations.
